Headquartered in the Pacific Northwest near Seattle, Washington, the company serves as a trusted intermediary between small and medium-sized domestic manufacturers and the global marketplace, expanding their available consumer pools at minimal cost while maintaining their time-honored brands. Relying heavily upon a data-driven market research-oriented approach and a trusted reputation, the company takes an adaptive yet long-term outlook to the markets it serves. Kyle Matison

Kyle brings more than 18 years of experience in sales, distribution, and international operations. He handles most of the day-to-day aspects of the business, including executing the sales, finance, and operational functions of the company. Before starting Matison International, he served as a sales executive for a local door and hardware distributor. Starting out as an estimator before progressing into sales and project management, he lead small teams on multi-million dollar projects during his seven plus years with the business. Precedingly, he spent five years in the United States Army, serving as a tactical Signals Intelligence Collector and Arabic Cryptologic Linguist with Special Operations Command, serving the areas of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Earning an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School, Kyle received his undergraduate degrees in Intelligence Studies and the Arabic Language. He is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey, California and is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) with NASBITE International.

Jennifer Matison

Jennifer brings more than a decade of entrepreneurial, business, and law enforcement experience to the company, prioritizing her efforts in consulting and product development, specifically on law-enforcement security products, in addition to spearheading Matison International's marketing portfolio and site development. An active commissioned patrol officer in Washington State and a former security officer in Colorado, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on forensic science and serves as the guiding light for the company.

By establishing a conduit between small and medium-sized manufacturers and distributors worldwide, we serve to create unique value by expanding the opportunities available to them. And by trading safety and security products, we work to ensure our efforts enable communities worldwide the ability to secure their own futures irrespective of the conditions around them. We are eternally optimistic, unrelentingly so, but stubbornly resolute in our approach. We care deeply about doing business the right way. We believe in the fundamental right to security and its availability to all in our shared search of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And it’s our mission to make that a reality for all of our partners, our respective communities, and to all the people in between who make this possible.

Vision

We come from a long family line of military veterans, law enforcement officers, secretaries, blue-collar construction workers, and small scale family-run business entrepreneurs. We understand the value of hard work, the gift that is a quality education, and the reality of the American dream, all of which are possible due to a stable and secure environment. We have traveled the world, from Russia to Djibouti, to Ghana and Germany and back. And in those adventures we have gotten a taste, even for just a moment, of the highs and lows of the human experience. We are determined to do business the right way- life is too short, kindness too rare, to settle for less. And to that end, we seek to progressively enable others the ability to secure their own futures in a meaningful way.
